Fictional brand. JROH design study.

Workspace. Living room.

Room to work.
Still your living room.

At home for part of the week. But not a whole room given over to work. Layout and furniture design around your space and the way you live at home.

Discuss my space

An example design offer. We are not selling real furniture.

One living room: a green sofa, oak table and open bureau with a workspace

A space that makes sense

Work does not have to
take over your whole home.

01 / Space

Dinner without the laptop.

The dining table is for dinner too. In the study, work has its own place beside the sofa, without a separate study.

02 / Order

Close it after work.

Short of space for your work things? The bureau combines a work surface with storage. First put your things away, then close the surface.

03 / Harmony

Not an alien piece in the room.

Oak and muted green recur in the workspace, table and sofa. The working space connects with the rest of the room.

From your room to a design

Three steps.
No one-size-fits-all room.

  1. Room information

Photographs, dimensions and how you work. What needs to stay, and what is getting in your way now?

  2. Layout design

Work surface, storage and connection with the room. Based on the space, not a catalogue furniture set.

  3. Refining it together

Review the design and clarify your needs. This is an example service process, with no promise of production or a delivery date.

Behind the design: one brand, from the page to its communication

An example of a JROH delivery

Offer → brand → page → ads → motion → follow-up

The promise stays the same. KOUT uses its original corner mark, Lora for the main message and Manrope for practical text. The colours echo the oak and green upholstery in the scene.

The same room in motion — original Czech example.

An actual twenty-second V2 working edit for the fictional project, with M01 music. An uninterrupted review of the mix and Jakub's final adjustments are still pending. The closing is an editorial comparison of two states, not an animation of automatic tidying.

Follow-up copy, not another promise.

You work from home for part of the week, and you need the dining table for dinner too. In the KOUT study, we set aside a space beside the sofa for work: a bureau with a fold-down desk and storage. Once your work things are put away, you can close the surface.

We matched the oak elements and muted green with the table and sofa. The images show two versions of the same workspace, during work and after it ends.

This page demonstrates the route to a design enquiry. KOUT is not a real studio, and you are not sending an enquiry here.

Open the brief outline

Three questions about your space

  1. Where do I work now, and what is the room used for at other times?
  2. What do I need to put away after work?
  3. Which materials and pieces of furniture should stay?

You can work through the outline locally. The page has no contact or upload form, stores nothing and sends nothing.

Jakub personally reviews and refines the final deliverables. He has not yet reviewed or refined this example.
