YOUR VIEW.
A NEW PERSPECTIVE.

HELLO, I AM MARTIN.

Business is personal.
That is how I approach it.

Starting a business is one thing. Keeping your own direction within it is another.

Space to think often gives way to whatever is urgent. Among commissions, numbers and decisions, it is easy to lose the question of why you are doing it all.

That is what our time together is for. We connect your experience, specific information and an outside perspective. We identify what to address now and what to base the decision on.

‘Your next step need not be bigger.
It must make sense to you.’
Martin.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Your next step.
With a clearer head.

One decision, a long-term topic or a shared plan. We choose the format according to what you need now.

01

CONSULTATION

One question. A new perspective.

A specific decision that deserves some distance. Together, we explore the context, options and what you need to know before taking the next step.

For a topic you want to address now.
02

INDIVIDUAL MENTORING

Your own direction. Ongoing support.

Regular space for what matters. We return to your priorities, try new approaches and talk about what has not worked in practice too.

For changes that take time.

A FEW MORE ANSWERS

So you know
what to expect.

A good working relationship starts
with clear expectations.

Who is mentoring for?

For entrepreneurs and people who run their own company and want to think through a specific situation. More important than the size of the business is a willingness to speak openly about what you want to change and work on your own next step.

Do I need to arrive with a finished brief?

No. Simply describe the situation occupying your mind. At the start, we clarify what our work together should achieve and whether mentoring suits your topic.

Will I receive specific financial recommendations?

Financial topics here sit within the context of running a business: understanding the information, questions about the figures and the context of decisions. Mentoring does not replace accounting, tax or investment advice. Specialist questions belong with the relevant professional.

How are the process and price agreed?

According to the topic and scope of the work. First, we need to clarify expectations, the right format and any preparation. The specific terms should be agreed before we start working together.

THE NEXT STEP IS YOURS.

Let us
get to the point.

A personal website with a face.
And a clear statement of what you stand for.

DECISION-MAKING

Before you say yes to the next opportunity.

A new collaboration, another product, a bigger commission. An opportunity can feel urgent before we have had time to ask whether it fits what we want to build. Before you reply, try writing three questions on paper.

Where will this take me? Describe in your own words what should be different after this experience. Will it help you test an idea, learn something you need, or develop an area of the business you want to focus on? If you cannot name the answer, perhaps you still need more information.

What will I put off because of it? Time, attention and capacity all have limits. By accepting something new, you often also decide what will be done later. Describe this cost as specifically as the potential benefit.

What can I check first? You do not always have to decide on the whole collaboration straight away. Sometimes another conversation, a small trial step or a clearer brief helps. Look for information that could actually change your decision.

What are you also saying no to with your next yes?

BUSINESS FINANCES

What do you need to know about the company's money?

Looking at the bank account can easily give us the feeling that we understand the company's finances. But the balance alone does not show the payments ahead or which expected receipts are still uncertain. A useful overview starts with questions, not a complicated spreadsheet.

What do we know, and what are we estimating? In expected income, an issued invoice, an agreed commission and a mere possibility of collaboration are different things. Ask whether your current overview captures those differences and what information it is based on.

What have we already committed to paying? Alongside regular expenses, the company may have commitments that are not yet visible in the bank account. Discuss with your accountant or responsible colleague which information you need to bring together and who will keep it updated.

Which decision should this overview support? You will ask different questions before accepting a commission and when planning a change in the business. Identify the specific question and ask for an explanation of figures you do not understand. This text is a working prompt for a conversation, not accounting, tax or investment advice.

Which piece of financial information do you need today for your next decision?
