Psychologist & therapist · Brno

Change comes
when we
understand ourselves.

My name is Gabi. I am a psychologist and therapist in Brno. I work with adults who come with anxiety, difficult relationships, loss — or when life starts to feel like something simply happening around them.

I am a psychologist and therapist — and also a wife, mum, camp leader and occasional educator. I enjoy forming real relationships with people, which is precisely why I like this work.

In therapy, I do not give advice, make diagnoses or have a plan prepared in advance. Together, we look for what in your story repeats, what holds you back and what you want to do about it. Without judgement, without prescriptions.

In my free time, I make things by hand, garden, travel and play board games. I think it matters that a therapist has a life beyond the consulting room.

Chapter two

Ways of working together

Your needs change over time. You do not have to know straight away whether you want long-term therapy, a one-off session in a crisis, or online sessions. We start with what makes sense now — the rest will follow.

01

Regular individual sessions

50 or 80 min · long-term

Longer-term work at a pace we set together. Space to go deeper — into what repeats, gets stuck or hurts. We usually meet once a week or every fortnight.

The most common format
02

Short-term crisis intervention

A few sessions · focused

When something has become stuck right now and you need to untangle it with someone who does not know you personally. A separation, loss, sudden anxiety or a difficult decision. The aim is practical.

Immediate support
03

Online consultations

Video · 50 or 80 min

The same work, from somewhere else. For people outside Brno, travelling, or wanting to stay in their own environment. A secure platform; the end of the session = the end of the record.

Flexible
How it works

The first session is often the hardest step.

And the most important too. Here is what to expect — so you have an idea before you write to me.

I.

You get in touch

By email, phone or text. A few lines are enough. We arrange each session in advance.

II.

We agree a time

We suggest a time — in person on Josefská in Brno, or online. Without rushing.

III.

We meet

The first session is mainly about getting to know each other. You say what brings you here and what you need.

IV.

We continue

If we are a good fit, we agree a rhythm. If not, I will recommend a colleague.

Chapter three — Pricing

The same price,
whenever you come.

The price depends only on the length of the session. It is the same for regular therapy, crisis intervention and online sessions.

Standard session
50 min
1 100 CZK
Extended session
80 min
1 500 CZK
Payment
By bank transfer. Individual arrangements are possible if needed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations less than 24 h before the session — the full price is charged.

Get in touch
when you are ready.

Get in touch when you feel ready. A few lines about what brings you here are enough. Email, text or a call — whatever suits you. If I do not answer the phone, I will call back.
