What can AI do for people?
Less routine. Better work. New abilities and concrete results.
I understand technology.
I understand people.
My work is to keep one from drowning out the other. I help people understand technology, use it and make decisions about it. Today, that often means AI. Exploring what technology changes in work, learning, thinking and relationships matters just as much to me.

HUMAN
And I learnt that you cannot simply install change in people.
As head leader at the Dreamweavers fantasy camps, I was responsible for situations no handbook could cover — natural, technical and human.
As managing director of the education company Než zazvoní, I then came to work closely with schools, teachers and young people. Not as a tool supplier, but as someone who has to listen, explain and help make change happen.
More as a new way to remove routine work and open up possibilities that once needed a whole team.
I use AI in my everyday work. I build workflows, assistants, automation, knowledge systems and small products of my own. Not for demonstrations. Because only real work reveals whether a tool actually helps.
When I bring AI into a company today, I do not start with a list of tools. I start with what people do, where work gets stuck and what must stay in their hands.
Less routine. Better work. New abilities and concrete results.
It changes our thinking, learning, identity and relationships. We need to notice not only what we gain, but also what we stop doing ourselves.
Implementation must serve people — not benchmarks, spreadsheets or impressive demos. Reflection that loses touch with technology also loses its footing.
AI workflows, assistants and distinctive websites. From a conversation to something people actually use.
Practical work with AITeams, teachers, professionals and pupils. Not just how to operate tools, but how to make decisions for themselves.
Education and talksAbout what we do with technology — and what it does to us. Articles, stories and a guide to AI and mental health.
Read my writingI do not start with a tool or a ready-made answer. I start with people, their work and a problem worth solving.
I need to understand how people work, what holds them back and what is already working.
Not everything needs automating. A change makes sense only if it opens something up for people.
So it can be tried in real work as soon as possible — not just in a presentation.
It must be clear what AI does, where it can go wrong and who makes the final decision.
If you are working out how to bring technology into work, learning or communication, write to me. We will find a sensible place to start.
