The teachers already had their notes.
They needed to turn them into reports.
At the nursery, they recorded observations in assessment tables. They then used the same material to write reports for the school or counselling service, or individual education plans.
Together, we set up processes in ChatGPT that help turn these records into draft documents. The teachers check and edit them according to what they actually know about each child.
With a doctor, we reviewed recurring admin and prepared a skill that helps turn his notes into the document he needs. This included handling patient data, checking answers and the limits of using AI to consult on specialist questions.

We work with your real tasks and material. We choose suitable tools and prepare prompts, skills or any other setup you need. We test and refine the results together.
You know what to use, how to provide the material and what to check in the result. You can start using the processes we have prepared straight away.
I work with business owners, self-employed people and people within organisations. A Sprint can be one-to-one or with a small team working on a shared area of work.
We agree on a specific focus and the participants beforehand, so the four hours give us room to actually set things up and try them out.
